About The Structure of Supertech-Supernova

Nova Residence:

The foundation having a 2.5m depth concrete raft foundation. Further, the size of the column is 600mmX 600mm. But, beams are just on the edges. Admixtures used are retarders which are BSF8066, Greceelva, and sika 10H1. Moreover, the steel bars are 40mm in diameter. But, precast structures are not in use.

Spira suites:

The foundation having a 4.1m depth concrete raft foundation. Which has 229 piles of 52m depth each. The grade of concrete used is M80. Consequently, the Size of the column is 1200mm X 4000mm. But, pre–case structures are not in use.

Materials and Finish

  • Wall finish – internal walls cement plaster with POP and external wall finishes-combination of stone,tiles,acrylic emulsion paint/texture paint having special elements in architectural glass/sensi tile.
  • Lift lobbies-marble/granite/Vitrified classing and acrylic emulsion.

In, October 2015, the development of Supernova Spira by Supertech has been finished by 40%, right around 34 stories. After that, in January 2016, the development of Supernova Spira by Supertech has been finished with 38 stories. Meanwhile, in June 2018, the development of Supernova Spira by Supertech has arrived at more than 200 meters having 58 stories finished.
